Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days but please understand that I am a one woman shop, so turn around can take up to 12 business days. This turn around can change dependent on demand of the item and possible shipping delays.
Every order is made & packed by me, so please allow for up to 12 business days for the order to be shipped. After 12 business days, feel free to check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier with any issues/concerns.

Each product is shipped with insurance. We are able to submit missing package claims for you after 90 days. Please allow extra time for delivery. We appreciate your patience. Damage claims can be made immediately, please send us photos of the damage for insurance claims.
