Refund policy

Since each order is handmade and made to order, we are currently not accepting any returns or refunds unless there was a fulfillment error or the item is damaged. We appreciate your understanding.

As each item is handmade, each item may differ slightly in placement.

Please note: any products with minimal imperfections will be in the listed in the Misfits section. All imperfections in these products will be disclosed and they will be sold at a significant discount. Misfits products are not eligible for returns under any circumstances. 

Please also understand as I am a one woman shop, turn around can vary from 2-4 weeks. This turn around can change dependent on demand of the item and possible shipping delays.

Cancellations:

Since almost all my items are made to order, cancelations are only accepted within the first 6 hours of placing the order. After that, no cancellations will be accepted.

Eligible Returns/Refunds

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note the damage must be reported upon receiving the item, normal wear and tear will not be considered damage & will not be replaced.

Damaged Items

Each order is shipped with insurance. If you receive a damaged item, please contact sunshinesoulmd@gmail.com containing the order number and photos of the damage. Once images of damage or wrong item is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that a claim has been filed with delivery company. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
